Hardware Fees Defined:
$45 in shop/ $65+(depending on location) On-site Per Hour.
The opening of a PC case.
The installation of external devices, such as scanners, cameras, printers, hubs, mice and keyboards, etc.
The installation/re installation of an operating system, drivers and setup for stable PC operation.
The repair or service on a downed PC. Any such service rendered will be considered hardware.
The configuration of certain software's on a PC may also be deemed Hardware due to the complexity of setup or configuration in order for proper PC function and or Software's function.
E-mail and internet access accounts will be considered hardware setup as well.

In Shop/On Site Terms Defined:
In shop fees are when a client brings a PC to my shop for repair.
On site fees are when I travel to your house and repair the PC there.
Note: If I have to bring the PC back to my shop, a pick\drop off up fee will occur.
